Areas of Practice

Sarah deals with all aspects of commercial property including investment and development property work. This includes acquisition, disposal, development and management of individual properties and portfolios. Sarah undertakes property management, landlord and tenant work and has extensive experience dealing with national retailers, institutional landlords and major telecommunication operators. She also acts for several office occupiers on their relocation and general property requirements and has assisted them on retail, office, residential and mixed use developments across the UK.
Sarah is also a regular contributor to the Property Law Journal.

Background

Sarah read law at Kings College London (1999) and has an LLM from the London School of Economics (2000). She qualified as a solicitor in 2002, and practiced in the City before joining Clegg Manuel in August 2007.

Personal

Sarah loves travelling especially throughout South East Asia. She is something of a “foodie” and enjoys cooking diverse cuisines, as well as being a keen photographer and violinist. She is a fluent Urdu speaker and can speak conversational Punjabi and Hindi, as well as being able to read and write Arabic. Sarah is married with a young daughter, and lives in London.
