He acts for both freeholders and occupiers of offices, hotels, retail space (including shopping centre management) and industrial units, as well as investors and financiers. He has also advised healthcare investors and has acted on the acquisitions of care homes and hospitals.BackgroundSavio qualified in June 1986, and was a partner at City firm Maxwell Batley before joining Clegg Manuel as a partner in September 2007. Savio is also admitted to practice in the Republic of Ireland.PersonalSavio is a keen golfer and tennis player. Whenever he has time, he enjoys cooking (he swears by Jamie Oliver!).
